Prior to the launch of myFloodZone.com, it was nearly impossible for a homeowner (or renter) to obtain an accurate flood determination without going through a series of middlemen. So then... Our Story
We opened our doors in 1995 (literally opened our doors... the Web was pretty useless back then), serving homeowners in the Pacific NW. Since then we've been providing hard to find products and services to the masses - so you can be 100% confident in your purchase.

Call us old-fashioned, but we feel that interpreting a FEMA Flood Map should be a hands-on affair.
Sure we use some modern GIS technology and automation to speed-up internal processes, but the job is not finished until it's been physically reviewed by a member of our team. Each and every product is created manually by a Highly-Skilled Flood Map Analyst, utilizing the most current FEMA maps and data available, as well as numerous other mapping resources such as: aerial imagery, county assessor data, plat and parcel maps, USGS and GIS data; whatever it takes to get it right. |
